This hotel was located in a very central area just off well-stocked supermarket and Accademia.

Very amiable staff, nicely furnished and well stocked room with all modern amenities.

Plenty of food at breakfast like breads and fruit. Very polite, courteous people working here.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, being just a few minutes from both the vibrant Duomo and a charming Renaissance square. Everything is within easy reach, including a restaurant across the street. The hotel facilities are excellent, with a well-equipped kitchenette and even a small washing machine. The cleanliness is top-notch, with the room and all amenities well-maintained and spotless. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing a warm welcome and offering assistance throughout our stay.

All was perfect.

Brilliant location close to all the sites of Annunziata, and the Gallaria dell Accademia. Standard of accommodation was first class. Because it is an appartment hotel and because it is close to all Florences highlights there is ample opportunity to come back between visits for rest and refreshment. The wine, pasta and other food already in place on arrival is a lovely and welcome touch. Laura is helpful and informative.

The double bed was a little too firm. The central courtyard would make a lovely outdoor communal sitting area, which is missing from the hotel, but presently gives the impression of being a storage area and is not pleasant to look out on.

The apartment overlooks street and includes a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a dishwasher. The bedrooms are separate. Btw, it is walk from a train station, right in the centre of Florence...

Very central location, within easy walking distance of Medici Chapel.

Stayed at First Of for the second time, and the facilities are superb. Great apartments in a fantastic location with plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious and clean, with all the necessary facilities provided. The staff is fantastic and always helpful. Close to main attractions and a supermarket within a short distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice spacious room clean and well furnished located centrally within walking distance of all the attractions. Wasn't sure about the breakfast arrangements at the cafe across the road when booking but the service and food were excellent and made you feel part of the community. Laura the host was very helpful and informative there was also fresh fruit and wine in your room on arrival which was a nice touch. Would stay there again.

Lack of double glazed windows made for a sleepless Friday night due to noise from night club patrons until 3 or 4 am. There was a lack of written instructions in English for use of Satellite TV, washing machine and dish washer.

The apartment was very comfortable and well-equipped, with a kitchenette and washer dryer. The location was perfect, just a short walk from major attractions like the Duomo. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service.

The shower in the bathroom was a bit small and had a shelf that made it a bit cramped to move around. It took some time to figure out the knobs as well.
